  • Once we have your info, one of our friendly plan managers will get in touch to welcome you and explain what happens next. You’ll get a chance to ask questions and share your preferences.

  • You focus on living, we handle the admin

    a. Linking Your NDIS Plan - We’ll take care of linking your plan to our system via the NDIS portal. This lets us start managing your invoices and keeping track of your budget straight away

    b. Invoice Management - Your providers send their invoices to us. We check everything, make sure it aligns with your NDIS plan, and then pay them promptly—no stress, no paperwork for you

    c. Budget Tracking & Monthly Statements - We keep you in the loop with clear monthly budget reports, showing what’s been spent and what’s left. You can always contact us if something doesn’t look right or if you need a quick breakdown
